Since the Windwagon crashed into a creek I think it would make a nice kinetic fountain in the island at SW Trfwy and Westport. The water element would be the creek splashing up and the sail could move like a weathervane.

A teenager from Kansas City (Lenexa) is a competitor on this season of America's Got Talent. He's a comedian singer. Saw him on the show and on 41 Action News today. He made it through the first round of auditions.

Here's a link to the video of his audition: https://youtu.be/NOlYdX3-ToE

A couple of exciting film updates for KC:

1) 'American Ninja Warrior' to film here again in April
2) 'Bargain Mansions' on DIY will film 12 episodes here- renovate 6 old homes in KC, set to air in October
3) Local artist and home flipper Cody Brown's TV pilot has been picked up by HGTV; filming begins here in KC in January

Great momentum, and maybe the state will get the incentives package passed this session. :-D

Wonder what area of town Bargain Mansions renovated 6 homes, assuming Northeast?

Well the two pilot episodes were shot in a home in Longfellow. The same people had also purchased the home next door in a package deal. However, it looks like they sold that one without doing the rehab. I'm guessing they will mostly be around Midtown, and "mansions" is probably a stretch.

I am a little surprised the show was picked up. I wasn't too impressed with the pilot episodes - with both the entertainment/produciton value and the quality of work. I don't think they ended up doing that great on the sale of that home. They had it originally listed for $400k, but sold it for only $320k.

The show you are referring to was called Little Money Mansions. I assume Bargain Mansions is a different show?

It is the same show, they just tweaked the name. More details:

Their next house is going to be in Hyde Park. From the description, it sounds like 3918 Charlotte. I'm guessing they may not have the other properties yet.

A South Korean cooks up American style BBQ for (former) North Koreans. They use a variety of sauces and styles including Gates Original and Sweet N' mild. Burnt Ends are a winner at around the 13 minute mark.

May be the hottest couple on HGTV now, Chip and Joanna Gaines.
"“Waco is our meet in the middle spot: half big city, half tropical —maybe not. We talk about it. We’ve been to Kansas City a lot recently and have just fallen in love with that community,” Chip added. “Salt Lake, every time we go there it just kind of really inspires us, obviously New York City for Jo. There are a few cities across the country that we would possibly consider if Waco did not work out.”

They may be the hottest couple but I think anyone over the age of 33 will always think of Waco Texas as home to the Whacko David Koresh and the Branch Davidians.
