All I can find is that it's set "in the Midwest".

Looks like Schwarzenegger is a Kansan judging by his lack of front license plate.

they didn't add grain elevators, that's from filming in Utah or Nevada.

At 34 seconds in the highway signs have him on US 6 and US 50. Which only intersect in a flat part of the country in part of Utah and Nevada.
the street lights at 32 seconds are different from what's on the HOA bridge as well.

it's clearly a background added to some rural highway shot. after all, they didn't shut down part of MO 9 for a film shoot anytime recently

I hate to be the one to mention this but

Shia Labeouf was recently in KC filming scenes for who really gives a fuck what.

My friend smoked a blunt with him which is probably the only interesting detail to come from this.

Yeah he's in town shooting scenes for a movie about a guy who sells magazine subscriptions. I saw an article somewhere about him shooting a scene somewhere off of Ward Parkway.

Andrew Zimmern was in town filming a Bizarre Foods KC episode. He did an interview with whoever the morning sports talk guy is on 610 about KC and its food and it was fucking glowing. I think I blushed.

"We find that the most interesting businesses, the most fascinating people, the folks doing the smartest and most learned type of work in the food and beverage space are in the neighborhoods where they can afford to do it," Zimmern said. "I'm so bullish on Kansas City. I just think this is an incredible place and is going to be for the foreseeable future. The city is on fire."

Bigger menu. Not that I don't love Pigwich in East Bottoms, but it's only four sandwiches. The Westport location seems more of a natural fit for a TV show like this. Diner, Dives and Drive Ins would be more suited to the Bottoms.

Did Zimmern mention a project at "The K"? I read an article a few months ago about how he was spearheading different concessions at different baseball stadiums. The K was due to have a "skewers" concept somewhere out near rivals, but I haven't seen it.

Here's an article referencing...

I happened to be listening this morning when Fescoe was playing the interview, and Zimmern said he was opening two different concepts at the K. He went on at length about how one would be sort of a gastropub hotdog stand serving Piedmontese hot dogs with various locally sourced toppings. I didn't hear what the other one was. Sounded potentially cool, but at the end of the day Aramark is running all this crap and it will be as good or as bad as the people they put on it.
