'cause 1kcp isn't that great of a building. For it being the tallest building in the state (and several others) it's kinda bland. The Town Pavilion is a much better building as far as design (especially the lobby, 3 story rotunda vs. 2 story black marble Zzzzzz). 1kcp reaks of the 80's financial mentality of draining all the money you could from somthing. Pavilion looks like the arcitects had fun designing it (then they painted the inside all white somewhat recently). But, I would have to go with the Fidelity Bank Building as my fav, it has character and class.
