I guess I don't believe surface parking and urban stadiums go hand and hand. I'll vocally oppose any urban stadiums that rely on surface lots. Surface lots are going to happen unless Royals also buy up Paseo West and North Crossroads. Might as well get some efficiencies out of all the infra investm...
