I’m thinking EV to P&L can be connected. I understand the disconnected arguement but I also think people are a lot more open to walking today. Crown Center wasn’t a part of downtown but now it is for example.

I'll wait to see plans. Remember that power and light started to open in 2008? They didn't build a residential tower until 2014ish? And they're heavily subsidized.
