When will the streetcar authority purchase another vehicle? I remember seeing they were considering it.

Anyone else see this as the push Missouri voters needed? I personally think more people would vote for a new airport if they knew there was even a slight chance of Kansas stealing that too.

Kind of back to actual building design, the green exterior: What is it? Is it ivy-covered, because if it was a type of wall-cover plant, that would be a lot cooler than a green textured exterior in my opinion.
