Re: I can't wait for the new smoking ban in Kansas City!
Hmmm. Such a strict and invasive ordinance sounds completely ridiculous, and probably, fictitious. Show me where this ordinance exists. This has been on the news quite a few years back. I just recall that there are companies that to cut down on health insurance costs for their employees actually...

Re: I can't wait for the new smoking ban in Kansas City!
Now the question is this: With the smoking ban in place there will probably be subsequent laws enacted to ensure that these new smoke free places are kept smoke free. In some communities the employees of businesses that are smoke free are not even allowed to smoke in their own home or car to make su...

Our classic burger is a thin burger. They are just as good as the Gourmet Supreme burger. If you want to make the drive to Lawrence.

They were talking about that here on WIBW 13 the other day. I wanted to comment on it yesterday but KRANG got in the way. If I remember right they are talking about at least 2 more runs through this area.

You would enjoy XP Pro KCKev. I have been using XP for a while now and enjoy it. Just make sure that you have enough memory to run it though.

Re: Cellphone ban while driving?
That would be a strange one. Though there are more and more areas banning cell phones while driving. I haven't heard of any areas around here that do though. It does not affect me though as I do not own a cell phone since all of mine were stolen.

Re: OFFICIAL: Power & Light District
I just thought of another reason. It is probably easier to get ready for the green by watching for the red to cycle through. I do not recall if their are any overhead signals at this intersection now but the overhead signals are harder to see than the pole mounted ones. With it there you can watch o...

That is the nature of a cat. from mice to insects, they use their dominance to make these creatures suffer. That is the same with the huge jungle cats and their prey.

I did like Cox high speed internet and digital telephone when I had it. It was very fast and with 7 computers hooked up to it the speed did not suffer. I have noticed that piggybacking with my neighbors AT&T DSL that it is slower.

Re: Downtown ballpark and condos
The logic of placing retail and restaurants around a ballpark or an arena sounds good to maybe draw the crowds from the game into your establishment. But the truth is that for the most part the stadiums do a good job of feeding the people inside. With everything from sodas to pizzas these stadiums a...
