Brandon is a great guy, had him do some stone work for me.  Don't know how small a job he might do and I would not qualify him as cheap necessarily.  At the very least he'd probably give you some advice.

and the "Obama" deficit is the Republican deficit.

Obama would have been blamed for "raising taxes" and any ecomomic stumbles in the next 2 years would be tied to that.  Now he's a compromiser and the R's own a BIG part of the deficit moving forward.  If the ecomomy is better in 2012 the cuts are gone, probably as part of overall tax refor...

that sounds optimistic, I imagine 40 years if we started planning now.

It's really spiked with the housing market and increased number of vacant houses.  Easy targets.
