i think it's great that lawrence's downtown is continually evolving. a new library should add even more to the quality of the city's central business/shopping district.

According to the KC Star, the prices are 139k to 1.5M for the penthouse. I drove by this yesterday on the way back from Iowa, and was AMAZED(!!!) at how great the glass looks on this thing. I can't believe it's the same building. "Our Traffic has just been non-stop, including the holidays"...

what i don't get is why does saks close the kansas city and minneapolis stores but leaves the tulsa and indianapolis stores open?

Crate & Barrel to fill the vacated Saks locale
this is great news. hopefully crate and barrel remodels the outside to fit the plaza's style. my concern is that they stick with their signature modern white/glass look.
