OK, serious question, the company needs to make a change.  Currently have Blackberry Pearls on TMobile.  3 folks get no/limited reception at home, 2 have problems in the office.  Obviously changing plans will cost, our hardware is spread out over multiple terms.  Any advice?  Maybe stick with TMobil...
