Not to defend Hunt, but he could be in a situation of "asset rich, cash poor". The paper stated he built soccer stadiums in Columbus and Dallas. Did he build them or did the local government? If he did build the stadiums he might be in a cash poor situation.

Was at the Center last night. Ate at Baja Fresh. There was some traffic in the mall portion and cars in the lot. Not dead but far from robust. The theaters had very little traffic. Target doing well it appears.

Believe the original WDAF, channel 4, was the first TV station on the air in KC back in the 50's. Maybe the rules were different back then.
