I think it should. People go into these concerts and ruin the grass and trees and leave trash everywhere. They can have those concerts somewhere else.

Why are you guys talking about me like that? Is it because I am a woman? I seen your almost all men on here. I think there should be more parking. Can I not have my own opinion about that? This is sexism pure and simple.

I like the Plaza pretty good but I do want to see more parking lots. A lot of ladies are not okay with parking in the garages at night.

Those old houses looked real bad. I hope they do something nice in there with nice landscaping. Every time I go out to Oak Park Mall I love all the trees and flowers they have planted. I think that would really spruce up that area.

I think your right. Maybe if they got more parking like at the plaza it would help. I really like being able to go down there and park for free, but I do not like garages and I wish they had more parking lots. I just feel safer. I saw they are building new buildings on some parking lots downtown. Do you think there will be a problem finding parking down there? I am worried about even going down there now.

I see there are a lot of vacant lots behind the plaza up on those hills. I think that would be a great place for some parking lots. If people cannot walk up a hill then they can stay home! We need more open parking down there especially at night I don't like going into those parking garages alone.

I do not like to look for a parking place. Is this going to take away some parking?

What do you mean the city is obligated to make it a complete street?

I am so glad I found this. My pet peeve is parking. I hate never being able to find a good parking spot. It is not easy to have to walk to far in heels and it is not good after dark to be a lady walking alone.

I do not know where to post this but I saw this was urban living so thought it might be good. I am new to Kansas and saw this forum when I was doing research. I read some posts and think this is real interesting so I thought I would join up. I am interested in this city and want to learn more.
