What is a World Market? I've seen the building in Westport but because of thee way it looks I thought it was some sort of office building dealing with international trade.

What are the boundaries of the Harlem neighborhood and/or exactly how do you get there? I'd like to check it out as I haven't actually been there. I've passed under 169 from the airport and frolicked, but there wasn't much of a neighborhood there. I have a lot of exploring left to do. What you like...

Extrapolaing that out statewide, I figure if there were only some way to capture that money and funnel it to MODOT, they'd have an extra 1.2 to 1.5 billion dollars per year with which to rebuild I-70 and fix/upgrade all the other highways.
