They only wanted to sell beer on site, as well as manufacture in small quantities. Regulated Industries decided they needed a tavern license, and only so many are allowed within a 3000' radius. Now, I'm not going to preach to this choir, cuz I'm pretty sure nearly everyone on this sight would agree ...

This is a common problem and I've seen it many times. I've seen some of my neighbors do the same thing, not realizing that their hopes are unrealistic. It's generally the people that don't understand commercial development... they may have invested in their own homes (or not), but they don't underst...
