It is my understanding that they do not own all of the lots potentially to be redeveloped. My dentist just informed me that he owns several homes in the neighborhood that St. Lukes is pressuring him to sell to them.

Who else is REALLY excited for this project to be done? The bank building was unique and pretty, BUT the streets of Westport are going to have a little bit more life on them, which is something KC seems to struggle with.
