Not in KC at the moment, but just looked at the 16th & Baltimore Nest cam, and it looks like maybe there's a crane and some signs up at the hotel site. Does anyone know what this is for?

This article might shed light on why Ilus Davis Park, Oppenheimer Park, Washington Square Park, and Barney Allis Plaza are not successful urban parks.
