Denver Vs KC has one huge factor. Altitude. Denver is not the best environment for the players and that's FIFA's #1 consideration.

Mexico City is 2000 feet higher
Guadalajara is 100 feet lower

It's not as big an issue as you think

You would have to go through TSA security if they have one.

Given it would likely need to be before operations, I don't see this as a barrier.

That's not bad. If this route would get built I wouldn't fight over any of those three ideas getting built.
