A 3 mile line...

Re: OFFICIAL - New KCI Terminal
With the new terminal and garage, I take it the remote parking and service to the remote parking will remain the same as at the airport currently? I have a flight after the new terminal opens and wondering what the best option for parking is. The commercial lots outside the airport don't seem to be...

Re: 18th & Vine Jazz Festival
How popular is Jazz on a national level? Is not even popular locally I would say?

Re: OFFICIAL - New KCI Terminal
Meyer said the new terminal and garage also have space to accommodate future transit offerings. The commercial curb can support bus rapid transit growth, and new construction could create connections with eventual possibilities, such as an automated people mover system to and from economy parking o...

Re: 12th and Broadway site: RFP for mixed use
Stop with the plazas! Construct a building that stretches along Broadway from 11th to 12th streets with no break in the street wall (see both sides of Broadway between 8th and 9th streets for reference). The Building can be E-shaped. https://www.google.com/maps/@39.104647,-94.5883203,3a,90y,139.5h,...

Re: Plaza Environs
Thought exercise. If J.C. Nichols had not built out the Plaza area with retail, and only had built some apartment buildings instead (think Armour Boulevard), would downtown be stronger? Would downtown have more retail? Would American Century, Lockton, Polsinelli, Husch-Blackwell, Populous, CBIZ, Ba...
