treat his death as you'd like yours to be treated. That's my theory. Also I suggest to dan to find out more about what DT did with his life. It wasn't all about drinking, football, and strip clubs. It's sad anybody would think that. I'm done with the topic.

Obviously you are unaware. Which is fine but ignorance is no reason to drag his name through the mud.StL_Dan wrote:I don't know much about what he did while alive other than living a larger than life lifestyle in a carefree way.

Focus on the positives of somebody's life, not the negatives. I'm sure you'd want the same. We all make mistakes, DT was no exception. Hopefully we can learn from his mistakes (ie. wearing your seatbelt, making sure your will is laid out). Having multiple children was also a flaw, he obviously took ...

DT obviously had flaws as I believe we all do. He also did a great deal of good in this community....he helped many more kids, families, etc. than probably all of us put together. Why focus on the negative of a person's life. He was a young man who had his life cut short, why focus on what someone d...

How does this affect KU not winning it all?DiggityDawg wrote:It's always hilarious when people demean KU's accomplishments by saying "the only important thing is winning it ALL" when their teams haven't ever won anything.

I picked up the PD when in STL and caught this story....quite a big writeup. I believe crime is probably still going down in STL city but this certainly raises many questions.

I went to NV Fri. night...we were already at Arun so decided to walk over. No doubt it is a gay bar...nothing over the top, but not a girl in sight. The dance floor opens the 20th I was told.

Pandemic Panhandling?
I walk around this area pretty regularly and I haven't seen it as an issue. I know when the new library opened they made specific new rules about panhandling around the district, don't remember what exactly. The CID workers are supposed to deal with any issues and they are handling the security for ...

I know they have a mailing address somewhere, maybe wait for the site to come up. the meetings will probably only end up being committee members most of the time, kind of like my condo assoc. meetings are. The real power of this neighborhood association is to get everybody living downtown to join so...

scooter...even if you don't hit the meetings, it's worth joining....you can still vote on things via proxy, etc. and get the discounts the DNA will get.
I'd say those at the meeting reguarly will only be a subset of the entire DNA.
