I picked up the PD when in STL and caught this story....quite a big writeup. I believe crime is probably still going down in STL city but this certainly raises many questions.

scooter...even if you don't hit the meetings, it's worth joining....you can still vote on things via proxy, etc. and get the discounts the DNA will get.
