I agree. Having a landmark such as this will bring more people and events to the city, even if its not arts related. It builds the city's reputation internationally.

I think the Lyric building is pretty cool on the outside. It the inside for me thats the problem. Even if you renovate it doesnt change the structure and the fact that it has bad acoustics. Second, its not big enough.
