SO, I was driving on Main north just passing 36th before Armour and that brownstone apartment now has a sign on it for Studio 6 Extended Stay. When was that announced? I didn't even know Motel6 had anything like that.

I know the SW penthouse is being taken by someone currently residing in One Light. He's totally excited for the move.

I pointed out in one of these on twitter that the photo being used was north Plaza and NOT midtown so that was a misrepresentation.

They do say its leasing at 10 apartments per/week. With first units not opening till January, that's not a bad ratio and imagine it will be 100% occupancy before they get to the 65% open units mark.

Wow. under $700 mo for a 1 bedroom AND parking!

Any update on this conversion? I noticed there are large dumpsters in front now.
