I'm always intrigued by stuff I haven't heard of, especially geocentric names like NY chicken in Omaha. Probably payback for the whole Rueben thing. I'll bet it's a Greek chicken or Athenian chicken as its sometimes called....all over the place in Chicago. Grilled, seasoned with oregano and garlic...

Especially considering two of the best restaurants in the metro are in downtown KCK: El Camino Real and Rincon Colombiano. People don't know what they're missing. Recently had some excellent tacos al pastor at El Camino Real...any other particular menu recommendations? I'm looking forward to diggi...
