Don't forget the part about it being the right thing to do.  Pretty simplistic, but it's what makes for the the world a better place than it would otherwise be.  In that thought is the recognition of the burden that results without, but also and more poignantly, what greater possibilities are lost ...

I absolutely agree, P&L does not equal Live Block.  I'm actually happy the block is there, just not my cup of tea generally, but is for most of my clients.
