More likely it's because the whole area is over built on retail.
Overland Park approved too much for the density of homes.

Until about 2005 (I forget the exact year) the Liberty Fall Festival parade was always half Shriners. I won't fault the effort they made but they got a little boring because most of their groups are the same thing in a different outfit. Not sure why they stopped attending but they didn't even scale ...

Is there similar historical data? Because if you look at the MARC census maps it's clear there's been massive outflows of population from east of Troost.
Also, how does the population compare to the school age population? Roughly half white doesn't mean the kids in school are half white.

I don't think you understand the word radius. If you had you could sell the idea better.mgsports wrote:I did and Springfield,MO is over that and has locations.
A 300 mile radius is halfway between SGF and Marshfield MO
Amazingly old Olathe is inside that same radius.

Yea South KC - I should have read the Business Journal article - much more info than the Star had. I noticed Applebee's had gone from 350 to 220 employees since moving to KCMO (as opposed to adding 390 jobs). Did the economic development people REALLY think that Applebee's had that kind of growth p...

Wasn't there something about there was point past which no petition could undo the process? Like once the money is contractually signed towards the project we can't back out without penalties.

Also, regarding ADA, considering the STAIRS and the steep bridge aren't at all ADA friendly...I wonder if a variance for a non-ADA path between two non-ADA accessible elements would be allowed. most cases you see both side by side for that reason. that's why I thought skirting around HNTB made the ...
