Yeha I know one of the guys, he is really good. Dylan is currently taken a Masters in Arts in New York, but I think he plans to come back to KC. May live with some friends, not yet confirmed.

They can look also at the westside. It is not that expensive. South of the Boulevard beer factory. Houses need some fixing, but over they are cheap and really close to everything.

I agree.
The area is changing and people should be open for a change. I think the changes overall are good, but hopefully they will come to enanhnce what is currently in the area.
