I was just thinking about this "delay" the other day while walking around....I think it will create a buzz for people visiting the sprint center during the Oct-Mar timeframe...they will see a constructed area with tenant finishing happening....that will create a buzz in their mind to come...

i think what he's trying to say is that the city doesn't have to feed the beast by annexing more space.
