i personally think that cordish probably thought the prospect of landing a major league team for the Sprint Center was almost a sure bet due to cheerleading from barnes, aeg, whomever.  the final tenant mix will almost certainly reveal that a few tenants pulled out due to lack of a major league tea...

Mayor Mark Funkhouser has scheduled a town hall meeting, hosted by Northland Neighborhoods Inc., for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Eastgate Middle School, 4700 N.E. Parvin Road in Kansas City, North. The event is open to the public.
