Re: KCI Passenger Use Soars
i would settle for a local bus that runs on the evenings and weekends! BRT or express from 10th/main or CC/US would be an ideal low-cost option for serving KCI in the interim (and to boost LRT ridership). once they decide on a new terminal it could incorporate rail from the beginning.

There may be some real efficiences to be gained by combining/coordinating coverage from all these security groups. Between the CID's and the private security, there has to be a lot of employees. i'm pretty sure the downtown CID is tight with the security guards that staff the banks and government b...

um, i thought the whole thing with real plates and a new dishwasher was to eliminate waste from disposables? i don't use paper plates and plastic cups at home for the same reason. funk is apparently kansas city's bill clinton. every speck of dirt becomes a dust bowl until people just start tuning ou...

Crossroads gains a foothold

Business is so good, in fact, that JP’s is closing fo...

11 of us packed the banquette last night and all but one had great meals. i had the salmon, which was nestled in a black bean puree and topped with a very tasty goat cheese gratin. i asked for my mojito to be a little less sweet this time and they weren't able to comply (so at $9 a pop i switched to...

I agree...if he weren't digging at old political wars he wouldn't be dragging out old political warriors...Ed Wolf to Chief of Staff, Aggie Stackhaus to Parks Board, Everett Asjes to City Plan Commission. What year is this? Are we going forward or backward? yeah, because alvin brooks would have b...
