The case to preserve 4526 Warwick continues. The owners claimed 'economic hardship' to allow for the demolition of the grand old house. We need to get a law passed that nothing can be torn down without an approved plan and funding in place for whatever will replace it. No demolition for surface parking, period. At least within the RCP.

I hope we are all jumping to conclusions and the building is not going anywhere.
