What is Cerner's phobia of downtown all about? They have employees scattered all over the place, but nothing downtown. also, just because kansas CAN spend it doesn't mean they should. Whether it's $600 million for JoCo freeways, $2 billion for a new KCI, or $400 million for a bridge to a barely populated island, when it comes to "free" federal money, you take it. Unless, that is, you're some sort of right...
