Yeah, and I like hearing about it because I can't see it!  (will def check it out next weekend when I'm in town tho).  Also, we are all sort of like tourists in our own town because all this is new and we are experiencing it for the first time...like a tourist would.

BTW, love MAC...hope someone buys it or she does well enough to stay open.  Again, a mid-rise in the parking lot across the street (bazooka's parking lot) would give the area more traffic.

I've always noticed this too.  If someone could just step up and develop some 5-8 story apartments in the area that would be great.  If they were smartly designed and with a warm-modern design they would fit into the area.  All the empty parking lots need to be filled in with these.  I would love to...

Already the case here in DC...right by my school in the 1950s suburbs in MD (just outside the DC line).  Those burbs are quickly becoming nasty.  Driving through is weird, little 1950s houses w/ ghetto mobiles outside and people wandering the sidewalks etc.  The old strip malls staring to look nasty...

They forgot to mention Ford Center's biggest draw back...It's in Oklahoma City.  haha 

Maybe the offer both venues (to performers) at different prices.  Everyone might just choose the more expensive one (SC) because it's newer and more high profile...

alright cool, then we are on the same page.  haha.  My school here in the big DC is full of DBs.  They seem to come from 'VA, just outside the beltway' or 'outside Philly' or 'outside NY, in Jersey' and especially 'Long Island'...the kids from MD all seem to be cool though.  B-more kids are so cool....

One question though: does being attractive and having money automatically make you a DB?  If those are the qualifications, than I sense some inferiority complexes.  That said, those dudes in the pictures do look like DBs,  haha.

Well that's good.  I guess the plaza is pretty well known...

Anyone know if the Plaza is getting less of these tourists now because of all that downtown has to offer?  I could only imagine it would as these people are already downtown and wouldn't feel the need to travel south for dinning.  (I'm sure the plaza will be fine w/ tourists in general, just not b-b...

I don't understand why people are all getting up in arms about this dress code issue.  Maybe you are being racist in thinking that it is geared toward blacks specifically, ever think of that.  Lots of guys at my college are white and wear timberlands...they aren't thugs either.  They are the non-pre...

I don't think it looks ridiculous...they should at least keep the green bloch block on, I like that
