Dave, if congress switches blue after the midterm elections do you think we’ll be more likely to get matching funding for the extension? Or will the White House make things more complicated?
Also, how is the exploration into a private-public funding mechanism for the extension going?

Re: Three Light
You're saying that you pay too much in rent and have too nice a place to have affordable housing in your building. That's entitlement. And I think you're also implying that the designated affordable units shouldn't be as nice as the market rate apartments. That's just messed up. No. I’m saying I pa...

Re: Three Light
So now these two city council members are really making a mess. They want 15% of one, two Light and future buildings to be set aside for low income housing. Are you kidding me? How’s that fair to people (like me) that are paying full rent? I’ve had to work hard to be able to afford this place, not ...

Re: Kc skyscraper drought about to max depression era droughttt.
I took too long with my reply. Everyone said what I said or would say on this. I think lack transit is not an excuse for the suburban mindset of large metro corporations. WE HAVE NEITHER A TRAFFIC NOR PARKING CRISES IN THIS CITY. I think in the end it has a lot more to do with these companies gaming...

Re: Kc skyscraper drought about to max depression era droughttt.
Doesn't Sprint own their place? Yes, but they could turn most of the campus into a data center, rent or sell off the rest of the space to JoCo centered companies. Then they could move the bulk of their operations downtown and return some help back to the city that could give it more visibility than...

I thought the whole point was they DIDN’T need to meet those population quotas for the liquor licenses. Did I read something wrong? Also, don’t a number of those locations have grandfathered in liquor licenses?

Re: Church of the Resurrection Downtown Campus
I hate the contractors for this project. I hate their automated “sidewalk closed” signs that bark orders at me when I’m completely in my legal right to walk on those sidewalks. I hate how none of their employees can parallel park worth shit so all the good 10 hour parking spaces are unnecessarily gi...
