More houses might be placed on the market if there were targeted developments for rental and owner dwellings for seniors. I doubt the number of migrants will have a significant effect on the cost of housing in KC. Factors having a much greater effect are Interest rates, the lack of experienced developers, the lack of construction workers, and the escalating cost of building materials.
