I love how this development looks compared to it's surroundings. It seems to fit perfectly in this area and while I'm only an amateur, this is the type of infill project I wish KC could land...specifically East Village or River Front.

My vote would be for the UMKC/Plaza line because as someone already pointed out it makes the most sense to build up a solid spine for the streetcar line.
