Re: Plaza move-ins (ongoing)
Didn't Highwoods apply for tax breaks for further development on the plaza? I'm sure once Oak Park Mall announces its new remodeling/tenet details, Highwoods will be under pressure to follow suit with an expansion and another set of new tenets. It'll be interesting to see how the competition plays o...

I'm not sure if anyone has posted this but here are some more drawings of the proposed tower. It doesn't look too bad but I'm still wondering why it's not being proposed for downtown KCK.

I haven't been home in awhile but was glad to see the changes for the old saks building.
Does anyone know what is happening to the mark shale building now that they've moved over. It's a pretty nice design.

Re: Corbin Park (135th and Metcalf)
Wasn't the original concept of Corbin Park supposed to be a high end mall complex? Either way, I'm disappointed that there's so much retail being built. Sooner or later one of these big complexes is going to fold.

OKC? what are these guys thinking? seattle's a much bigger market and has a lot more spending money. based off the article it doesn't seem like a finalized deal yet for the sonics to move to OKC.

Re: Corbin Park (135th and Metcalf)
For some reason on Cormac's web site they have a picture of Crate and Barrel next to their "Featured Property: One Corbin Park". I'm assuming this is a generic picture considering that Cormac hasn't made any further announcements.
