don't know, but believe it was recently re-listed for sale at a lower price than i've seen previously (i think $925k). also an HOA fee in the $700/month neighborhood.

Can you even have density without walkability naturally increasing though? I don't think I could name a place that's dense yet unwalkable. Even if the streetscape is total trash, you'll still have everything a shorter walking distance away. you're right imo but i think this thread is using 3-5 diff...

i thought the brunch sucked summer 2018 and was supremely disappointed in my order and in what i sampled from others. others were happy with their food fwiw. also fwiw i was hungover. i don't have any real interest in going back. this was at plaza location, i've never been to the other.

LET'S GOOOO!! sign me up for the red corrugated shoebox. this is, conservatively, eight billion times better than more parking. someone let the developer know they don't need multiple parking spots for my unit.

charisse has a pretty good slate of snacks from $3-5-7 each, drinks too. 4-6 M-F. lamb sliders pretty good value quantity/dollar. ice house will feed you "sliders" that are almost too much food for $5 a pop, again drinks too. i believe 2-6 M-F. look to be basically more their taco-ish stuf...

Re: Various restaurants coming to City

We went to Streetcar Grille after a show and at first I was glad they were still serving food (sometimes tricky later) which seemed decent and reasonably priced, but my Tank 7 served in the typical small tulip glass was a nasty surprise at $9.
