Ricks Picks in the 40 Hwy/Noland Rd area is now closed and the Hobby Lobby across the street is moving to The Falls. Only TGI is better.  Streetcar sucks IMO. One thing about Streetcar that always got to me were those tiny glasses that hold about 6 onces (maybe) of soda.  Getting refills were both absolutely necessary and damn near impossible. Note that all verbs are past tense - I haven't been in there in years....
