We ate here election night, it was OK, the beer was the best part, Octoberfest in November.  Wife had chicken parmesiagn(sp?) and loved it, I had the fettucin which was good, but the sun dried tomatos were a bit chewy, maybe they're always like that, I'm not a big sun dried tomato person. ...

She'll be back. AS much as it might kill feminists and lefties that a women does not represent the Pelosi/Hilary brand of woman. I agree, she has the skills that can't be taught, she can get Stevens' seat either now or in 2 years, get some time to learn the issues and build a resume.  Actually...

Can you elaborate on why Obama's selection for Chief of staff is good? I watched Karl Roves assessment of him on a video snippet of fox news. "The Chief of staff is an honest broker" he says and he thought it was Ironic that a Partisan would be selected for this appointment.  Notwithstanding t...

As pointed out earlier today, the gay marriage ban in liberal CA narrowly passed 52-48.    Whites actually voted it down, but blacks went 70-30 for it. So: you libs like to talk 'schisms' in the GOP base.   I ask you this:  how much longer can gays tolerate black bigotry fr...

Yeah, I'm not comfortable with Kelsey Smith's parents telling me how to vote on this.  Not sure how the system could have worked any better for them, unless they're bummed they didn't get the death penalty.  Not sure it has anything to do with judges

Whoa!  That surely is a time you'll never forget.  I bet you can recall the way the light hit the walls & floor, the way the sky looked- it's burnt into your memory, isn't it?  As this was circa 1978 it's more burned out than burnt!  I'll have to dig out the photos and hit refre...
