Cordish scrapped the residential towers long before the recession hit.  There was supposed to be at least one tower open along with the first phase of restaurant/retail, which obviously didn't happen. Those plans got scrapped when the real estate market tanked.  There's no way any new residential condo building will get built in this market in this city.  I'm sure they're hoping that at some point they'll get built, but not anytime soon.
