Found a mention of the # of units in the Conditions section of the Developer Assistance permit.

It states the Phase 1 of this project has 529 units.

Earlier today, a Residential Development Plan permit on this lot was applied for at this site.

Details are scant within the permit - just says 9 floors of residential over 2 floors of parking.

Found a permit for the KC Current Stadium with a bunch of elevations and site plans.

It may only be temporary but everything east of the pavilion at Berkley Park to the stadium will be paved over for parking. Parcels 4,5,6,9,10 will be surface parking.

I noticed in the video on the drawings page that indicates 11th and Cherry that the building on the corner was labeled ‘esports’ and an underground sports book was also indicated.

PortKC's agenda for their 11/14 Development meeting has a line item about the issuance of bonds for a project at 1818-1822 Main. I thought they has an agreement with Quinton Lucas that limited the area they could do this sort of thing to the City Market and Riverfront (I'm not complaining). KCDowntown
