I wouldn't worry too much about that review. It is written like shit. Anyone thinking of coming to your restaurant will likely disregard it as a nonsense review.

What I don't fully understand is how places like Hi-Dive are able to open and thrive in this environment.

This is peculiar. Sounds like a scheme to generate some revenue--bring in outsiders, fine them, send them on their way.

This is something I'd like to accomplish eventually (no timeline yet though). How is it, where do you fly out of?
