I always wonder the same exact thing....why not just use cement??? It would save us the hassle of summer time resurfacings. has anyone heard anything about something opening up in the old "Tizers" space in manor square? i was walking by the other day and it looks like work is happening inside, but it was hard to tell for sure.

didn't she get assistance from the downtown council? granted, most cities try to assist affected business owners during disruptive construction (i.e. "these business are open!" signage).

has anyone ever noticed a recorded performance of the kc symphony synchronized with the fountain on the crown center plaza? i was eating my panera salad outside tonight and heard "please clear the fountain area... a recorded performance of the kc symphony will start in 30 seconds" around 7...
