Also 1 in OP, 1 re-opening in Olathe, 1 each in Raytown, Lee's Summit, Blue Springs, and Liberty; and 2 in Excelsior Springs...

I think that they could have avoided this pushback by stating a coherent image of what they want the airport to be. Instead it came across as, "ran out of money, sorry". I just find it really weird to highlight toilets. Maybe they overindexed on what they heard from people about kci and lost sight ...
