Has the city made any progress on setting up a TDD to finance operations?  If the Feds fund our streetcar with stimulus funds they will expect it to be built and operational very quickly. Not too surprised.  Many times I was the only patron in the whole place.  I was there last Friday, which turned out to be their last day, and if Jolie Justus hadn't been having her meetup there, it would have been empty.  He just never seemed to get the foot traffic.  Bad location?  Who knows...
