I think KCEB covers just KC in Jackson County. I don't think they have the results for Clay and Platte.

In the last couple months, I vaguely remember seeing saw something online about the building owners trying to raise funds to make it into a "Green" art space. 

I wonder if the paint job indicates they are trying to sell or going a completely different direction.
