Re: Urban Target
don't hold your breath on the Cordish deal. I know there are some guys here connected with them so I will l tread lightly... that they have a reputation of being very hard to work with in brokerage community. 100% agree there. They don’t pay market rate rent anywhere. This is some of the reason Cor...

Re: Fantasy Retrofits: Barney Allis Plaza
Power and Light district posted this. Is Cordish now involved in Barney Allie Plaza?
Re: Oak Tower
If all the lights were on and now a new leasing agent is leasing space, they were probably taking photos for some sort of sales brochure or website. Just a guess.

Re: We are getting a new airport!!!
I wasn't sure if this has already been posted and I don't want to go back through 30 pages, but I stumbled upon a construction webcam for the airport.

I noticed from the Highway that the tower crane was coming down today. Not a great photo.

The lighting on the new tower is super cool. Just saw it for the first time tonight and it looks like Vegas on hospital hill.

Re: Three Light
I was told to expect new info about this project by the end of July, but now it's several days into August with nothing. Anyone know what's going on? No major changes and still wanting to break ground this year. Right now a lot of the focus is on working with commercial tenants considering many are...

Re: OFFICIAL - Hyatt House (900 Broadway)
I hope this doesn't turn into another Second and Delaware. At least Second and Delaware was far enough along that you just knew someone would pick it up at some point. This project just has a little bit of rebar sticking out of the ground and a tower crane up. This could just as easily turn back in...
