I can't help you out, but I know Anthony Marstall recently renovated one of those homes there. alpha_glamourina might be able to answer your question, however.

Regardless of how or why these various lists are created, speaking from experience, I agree with KC is a fantastic place to be if you're 18-35. The city (and by that I mean the urban core) is just the perfect size, and extremely affordable.
Once you get married and have kids, though...

Apparently the frisbee golf concrete pads and a new fountain are currently being installed in North Terrace Park.

There's a tent set up in the lot where the Temple will be built. I'm sure all neighbors are invited to attend, though I'm not sure if it's an all-weekend event or what. I think we'll be there Saturday, provided the weather holds.

I'm going to the Main Street a week from today to catch a film at the festival--can't wait!
