Re: Kc skyscraper drought about to max depression era droughttt.

I think we're missing the forest for the trees. There's parts of town that should be only taller buildings. Along the streetcar line and expansion corridors should be zoned to allow only dense and tall. Like 10+ stories. But I would love to see 10 4-story buildings right now more. There's a number o...

I wish them the best and hope they prove my skepticism wrong, but I worry that a concept of everything is often a concept of nothing. It sounds like the type of restaurant I used to think would be cool but now realize is incredibly difficult to pull off. On the educational side of the show "Ki...

3) Garage access from Baltimore apparently doesn't provide an easy path to Main Street (garage layout is like a "double helix", I'm told... whatever that means). i was going to try and describe, but this image does a better job. http://www.berkeleyside.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/Cente...

Isn't some of the areas in the SW part of the state seeing growth among the Hispanic Communities. Like Garden City/Dodge City area. Not just growth, some areas hispanics are already the majority of the county. Seward County (Liberal) is 60% hispanic, 30% white. That's well beyond growth and into cl...

I believe one is a single tree

I also believe that building short makes it easier to tear down in the future for something bigger. Building bigger and having empty lots produces a better long term result
