The street lights are still on order so it's a pretty dark drive at night. I think it will look great come spring and they fill in the areas dedicated for greenery/landscaping.

I live in Merriam and recently got a permit for some work. After striking up a conversation the guy pulled out the prints and showed me. The wall is going to stay and the parking will be underground. The store will sit on top of the lot and I believe an additional lot will sit south of the building....

I also don't think they're looking to check KS off their list. I just believe that it will go to either North Johnson County or North Kansas City.
