Harlem district to E of downtown aiport

Often forget about this hidden dilapidated ghost town. We biked through here recently and were fascinated. Something to check out on bike when up for an adventurous journey of industrial grit. Seems like the only place left is a church that draws immigrants from Sudan. Very interesting history most ...

Realtime map of live buses around KC metro

This 'smart city' map of KC that initially showed Internet Service Providers now also happens to show buses moving around in real time. You can't yet see the bus line #s. Must be in beta, pretty cool. Is another confirmation view that bus service in the city is pretty decent but crappy in the burbs....

She seems pretty hands on and maybe couldn't trust a daily operating manager at Julian with her name directly associated. Or running 2 locations was too much for her to handle. Whatever reason, too bad for BKS as Julian was pretty good. Eight years a long time for a chef driven concept anyway.

Re: Do you have or plan to get Google Fiber?

It seems Google is holding off some rollouts until they determine plans for fixed wireless rollout. There's no apparent reasoning with the pace/locations as they still are expanding Raymore and other burbs. If moving and want Google Fiber, target a place that actually has it as planned places could ...

Re: Smart City Project

Here's another data set that has come out of KC's smart cities initiative. It shows levels of broadband available along each street on MO side of metro. It shows poverty levels as well but oddly shows higher income parks/commercial/shopping centers as high poverty, even Plaza and Loose Park. Still a...

With Trump's consolidated approval/disapproval gap at a significant high, the risk of GOP Congress to push for impeachment may be low. If Trump's rating stays this strongly disapproved long term, impeachment might be something Congress considers more seriously if they have enough to go on. And it wo...

Looks like HyVee online ordering is succeeding as they are adding a fairly large local fulfillment center in KC. Maybe it will allow for metro wide (and downtown) delivery and not restricted to certain miles from a store... http://www.bizjournals.com/kansascity/news/2017/05/16/hyvee-fulfillment-cent...
